Analyze and capture current state business architecture across the organization including business capabilities, organization units, actors, business functions, processes, business services, and interdependencies
Analyze and capture application, data, and technology relationships to business architecture components in the enterprise model
Capture key business data elements utilized across the enterprise and their relationships
Coordinate stakeholder and information owner interviews and feedback sessions
Maintain up-to-date architecture models in our organization’s Enterprise Architecture tool
Ensure enterprise architecture model data quality
Develop and support the processes that ensure change is captured in the model
Participate in the development of transition and target state business architectures that satisfy business outcomes and align with enterprise strategies and standards
